Red Lips by Judy Carpenter is the prize winner of the adult section at the People's Exhibition 2023, Leicester Museum & Art Gallery.
The People's Exhibition is an annual open competition showcasing a variety of art works from beginners to seasoned professionals, of all ages celebrating the creativity of the East Midlands.
The show runs until 19 January 2024 and admission is free.
